How Haast Lodge manages an exposure or suspected exposure to COVID-19?

Team member or owner: Self isolate and organised a test.

Guests: Leave the room they have been occupying for 2 days (48 hours) and organise a test and then the Haast Lodge team member begins full deep clean of the unit with gloves and masks. If staff member not prepared to do deep clean, Owner will carry out the deep clean. If the property is listed as a location of interest then it is our responsibility to contact all existing and previous guests advising them of the location of interest.

How Haast Lodge checks to ensure work processes and risk controls are effective?

Consult with Ministry of Health Guideline. Communicate any changes or reviews to this plan with staff as they happen and document.

Assign one of the lodge units as the morning tea / bathroom facilities for housekeeping team so that they do not come into contact with Owner’s bubble in the Managers quarters.

How do any changes impact on the risk of the work Haast Lodge do.
